A typical chapter election cycle runs bottom-up — Ward first, Constituency next, County last — so every higher chapter is built from already-elected representatives.
Any eligible member of a ward may put their name forward for Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, or Secretary.
Members vote openly at a ward baraza. Results are recorded by the outgoing Secretary and shared upward.
